Executive Chef Konstantinos Magoulas

Our cuisine is crafted by Konstantinos Magoulas, our Executive Chef.
Starting his culinary journey in 2008, Chef Kostas gained experience across all kitchen sectors, including at Hytra Restaurant in Athens, where he contributed to earning a Michelin star. His expertise in gourmet plating, modernizing traditional dishes, and creating unique recipes reflects his passion for natural, healthy cooking.
